Product, data, content governance and release workflow maintenance

This is the team website's public visitor interface. The image shows search and topic entry points. My role is stated separately; I do not claim sole authorship of the site's visual design or policy outcomes.View public website ↗
- Organize sources and content
- Data structure and public pages
- GitHub review and CI
- Production read-back
Visitors can find public information through search and topic entry points. The maintenance workflow separates content review, build checks and production read-back.
Problem
Visitors need to find services and council work; maintainers need to know where content came from and when it can be published.
Context
Ongoing maintenance of Councilor Chen Huiwen’s public website covers published content and digital product quality.
My Role
My work includes information architecture, public-content governance, search, SEO and release workflow maintenance, as well as responsive and accessibility checks.
Constraints
Historical records and source quality vary. Policy positions, work in progress and completed outcomes must remain distinct.
Approach
I incorporated source governance into the content workflow and recorded code checks, builds and production read-back as separate verification steps.
System
Content sources → data structure → public pages → GitHub review and CI → release → production read-back.
Outcome
The public site and traceable code exist. I maintain search, SEO, sitemap, Open Graph and release verification workflows.
Limits
A passing CI run does not prove that every website function remains available; this case describes the scope of work.
