Problem

Context
I worked in the Kaohsiung events department of the 2024 Lai Ching-te presidential campaign headquarters from August 2023 to January 2024.
My Role
I contributed to execution and coordination in the events department.
Constraints
Event information and venue arrangements changed, requiring alignment across team schedules and responsibilities.
Approach
I assisted with meetings, venues and administration, organized event flows, and supported communication between central and local teams.
System
Requirements and schedule → meeting and venue coordination → on-site execution → issue reporting.
Outcome
I participated in headquarters events, media events and youth events.
