On 18 November 2025, I organized a press conference on the Mao Dong Li pet-vehicle consumer dispute, bringing concerns about road use, safety and after-sales service into public discussion.
Press-conference organization, issue research and public communication
Problem
Buyers of pet-carrying electric vehicles raised concerns about road use, safety and after-sales service. Dispersed accounts needed organizing so the issues, responsibilities and routes for assistance could be understood.
My Role
I organized the press conference, gathered the issues raised by consumers and prepared material for public communication.
Approach
The conference focused on consumer information, traffic safety and assistance with consumer rights, making the accounts visible to responsible agencies and the public.
Output
PTS covered the press conference and consumer dispute on 18 November 2025, presenting consumer accounts, councilors’ concerns, police explanations and the seller’s response. [1]
