Problem
An API response does not by itself make data reliable enough for research or decisions.
Context
Kaohsiung government and council records differ in format, interface and update cycle.
My Role
I worked on data-tool design, source tracing, parsing and completeness checks, reliability auditing and refactoring plans.
Constraints
Source changes, query semantics and incomplete records can affect results. One successful tool call cannot validate all data.
Approach
Source tracing and fail-closed quality checks make unsupported results and limits explicit.
System
Official sources → adapter → normalization → quality checks → MCP/API → research workflow.
Outcome
The project has implemented Cloudflare Workers, OAuth/PKCE and multiple tools.
Limits
DEGRADED. Reliability issues remain. This website has not rerun the service’s full runtime verification and does not claim it is fully ready.
