Since October 2021: organized question topics, checked sources, researched policy and institutions, drafted council questions, and contributed to presentations and policy graphics. Council questioning and office outcomes are team work.

A public hearing on 9 September 2025 examined how an integrated entry point could help residents find and use public services, alongside privacy, accountability, and service governance. I contributed to issue research and hearing preparation.
At the 22 November 2024 hearing, I contributed policy research, organized input from providers and agencies, supported the forum, and tracked follow-up questions on home-care services.
At the 12 July 2024 hearing on safer school streets and tree preservation, I contributed issue research, stakeholder communication, and hearing coordination.
